Information for Poster Presenters

Approx 2000 sq. ft of meeting space in the St. Marks + Regent Rooms

- Set up and take-down: This space is available on August 16. The
space will be available for setup on August 15 evening. The hotel
will lock up these rooms for the night.
- The room will also be used for exhibits and demos. If you want to
bring demos that you want to set up next to your posters, email
rss06exhibits@grasp.upenn.edu so we can set aside some space. No
promises can be made for power, internet, etc.
- Easels that accommodate 4 ft x 3 ft posters will be
available. You'll need to mount on foam core or laminate the
posters.
